Quick & Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

These are our go-to pancakes. They’re healthy, super easy, and super yummy!

You just need 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon of flour {we use a gluten-free all-purpose flour}, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 6 tablespoons of oats, and cinnamon or pumpkin spice.

Then, in a separate bowl or a measuring cup, you’ll need 3/4 cup of almond milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Whisk these together.

Combine all of the ingredients now. Heat up your griddle. Spray on a bit of non-stick oil.

We add the best topping ever… Chocolate chips.

Flip those babies.

Eat right away, doctor’s orders. Drizzle {or pour} on some pure maple syrup. Bon appétit.
